Rule 94
Correcting Common Errors of Judgment

(1) After obtaining a copy of the court's judgment, the interested party or his heirs may apply to the relevant authority to correct the error if they see a general clerical error in the judgment.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the court comes to its knowledge that there is an error in the judgment of the court, the relevant employee of the court may report the same.
(3) If a petition or report is received according to sub-rule (1) or (2), the petition or report and the related missile shall be submitted to the bench of the judge who will make the decision.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (3), if any of the judges who gave the judgment in which the error of judgment is sought to be rectified is not currently in office or has died, the Chief Justice shall order the submission of the application or report and missal in the bench of any other judge in his stead.
